Le Chêne pédonculé (Quercus robur L., 1753) est une espèce de plantes à fleurs de la famille des Fagacées. C'est un arbre à feuillage caduc originaire des régions tempérées d'Europe. Son fruit est porté par un long pédoncule. L'arbre est parfois appelé chêne blanc, chêne femelle, gravelin, chêne à grappe ou châgne. Son nom latin Quercus robur signifie « chêne robuste ».
