Stachys byzantina, l'épiaire de Byzance ou épiaire laineuse, est une espèce de plantes à fleurs de la famille des Lamiaceae. On l'appelle aussi oreille de lapin, oreille d'ours ou oreille d'agneau en référence à la forme élancée et à la surface duveteuse de ses feuilles. C'est une plante herbacée originaire d'Eurasie. Elle est cultivée comme plante ornementale.
