Smilax aristolochiifolia est une espèce de plante à fleur de la famille des Smilacaceae. Elle est couramment dénommée Mexican sarsaparilla. C'est une espèce originaire du Mexique et d'Amérique centrale. Il est largement utilisé en médecine traditionnelle pour traiter de nombreux symptômes.
