L'hélianthi, aussi appelé hélianthe scrofuleux, hélianti ou héliantis, est une espèce de plante à fleurs de la famille des Asteraceae (composées), originaire d'Amérique du Nord, cultivée comme plante potagère pour ses rhizomes tubéreux, consommés comme légumes à l'instar de ceux du topinambour ou comme plante ornementale, pour ses fleurs décoratives. Elle est également appelée « salsifis d'Amérique » pour sa ressemblance avec le salsifis.
