De grijze korstzakpijp, ook wel geleikorstzakpijp genoemd, is een zakpijpensoort uit de familie van de Didemnidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd in 1841, als Leptoclinum listerianum, voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd door Henri Milne-Edwards.
