Carex scirpoidea is a species of sedge belonging to the family Cyperaceae. It is dioecious, with male and female flowers on separate plants. Its native range is Norway (Solvågtind), Siberia, Russian Far East, Greenland, Subarctic America to Western and Northern USA.
