Avena strigosa, l’Avoine rude, l’Avoine maigre ou l’Avoine sableuse, est une espèce de plantes monocotylédones de la famille des Poaceae, les graminées. C'est, avec Avena sativa, l’Avoine commune, l'une des cinq espèces de céréales cultivées du genre Avena. Son intérêt agricole est lié à sa rusticité et à son appétence en tant que fourrage pour les herbivores. Au XXIe siècle, elle est principalement cultivée en Amérique du Sud.
